Tu rol en Baxter: Salvar y sostener vidas trabajando en la planta de soluciones y dispositivos médicos (soluciones no estériles - hemodiálisis), realizando funciones relacionadas con el proceso de encarre del producto, asegurando el flujo constante del producto en la línea de producción y cumpliendo con los estándares de seguridad, calidad y productividad. Lo que realizarás en Baxter: •Cumplir con los procedimientos determinados para el proceso, realizando línea despejada, inspección masiva y la tarea de encarre de producto, asegurando la calidad. •Manejo de estibador eléctrico o Yale para el transporte del producto. •Informar tiempos perdidos, unidades fabricadas de producción y scrap. •Informar oportunamente a los coordinadores de línea y/o supervisor cuando se presenten eventos de calidad. •Cumplir con la normatividad vigente frente a temas de salud, ambiente y seguridad, regulaciones y normas aplicables en materia de calidad (GMP, manuales y procedimientos de calidad), seguridad en la cadena de suministro, sistema de gestión integral de la energía y políticas corporativas relacionadas con el cargo. •Ejecutar los entrenamientos de acuerdo con las fechas establecidas en el sistema y asistir a las reuniones y capacitaciones programadas para el cargo. Lo que aportarás: •Técnico en neumática. Técnico en electricidad. Técnico en electromecánica o carreras afines. •Experiencia en procesos de manufactura.
