Tu rol en Baxter: Salvar y sostener vidas garantizando un excelente nivel de servicio a el proceso productivo de llenado, mediante la ubicación adecuada de los materiales a utilizar según los procedimientos establecidos durante el proceso en las cantidades y tiempos requeridos, cumpliendo con las normas de calidad y EHS. Lo que realizarás en Baxter: •Garantizar una adecuada interpretación del programa de producción manteniendo siempre la disponibilidad de producto manejo del factor de empaque, •Realizar inventario de materiales, Garantizar un correcto inventario de los materiales ubicados en el área y en la bodega de Planta de Plásticos. •Asegurar un adecuado alistamiento de los materiales en los carros de almacenamiento transitorio, estibas plásticas, Cumpliendo con las normas de calidad y seguridad •Garantizar un adecuado ingreso de los materiales en los carros de almacenamiento transitorio, estibas plásticas, a las líneas de producción, certificando que se cumpla con el programa de producción, normas de calidad, EHS y estricto cumplimiento de los kanban y procedimientos definidos. •Cumplir con la normatividad vigente frente a temas de salud, ambiente y seguridad definidas en la CO6001A, regulaciones y normas aplicables en materia de Calidad (GMP, manuales y procedimientos de calidad). •Garantizar el correcto surtido y disposición de los solventes que se utilizan en el proceso mediante la revisión diaria de la estación, la adecuada identificación de los mismos y asegurar que no existan algún tipo de derrame. Esta actividad se realiza de lunes a miércoles. Lo que aportarás: •Técnico o tecnólogo en ingeniería industrial, transformación de plásticos o carreras afines. •Conocimiento del proceso productivo. •Manejo del sistema documental – Teamcenter (deseable) •Experiencia en procesos de planta de manufactura mínima de 1 año.
