The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations. The Creative Services Manager is responsible for the development, production, and execution of brand-aligned creative assets across all channels. This role ensures that the brand is consistently and effectively represented through both digital and physical materials, supporting marketing, partnerships, events, and on-site experiences. The Manager will oversee day-to-day creative production, vendor coordination, and project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and brand integrity. This role reports to the Creative Director. Responsibilities Lead the execution of creative projects from concept through production, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives Produce and manage a wide range of creative assets, including but not limited to: environmental graphics (scrims, signage, wayfinding), marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, sales materials), branded merchandise and premiums, event and experiential materials Partner closely with marketing, partnerships, leasing, and events teams to translate business needs into compelling creative solutions Manage relationships with external vendors, printers, fabricators, and production partners Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality control across multiple concurrent projects Support on-site needs by ensuring all physical brand elements are produced and installed to specification Troubleshoot production challenges and identify efficient, cost-effective solutions Perform additional duties and support cross-functional initiatives as required to meet evolving business needs Qualifications 5+ years of experience in creative services, production, or brand execution Strong understanding of print production, fabrication, and environmental design Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience working with vendors and managing production budgets Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and brand consistency Knowledge, Skills and Experience Education - Bachelor's Degree Experience Required – 5+ Years This position is on-site.
