What You’ll Get to Do Recruit great people for a variety of positions across the community. Keep candidates moving quickly from application to interview to hire. Coordinate offers, pre-employment requirements, onboarding, and orientation. Build relationships with local schools and community organizations to find new talent. Help organize job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting activities. Be a go-to HR resource for team members with questions about benefits, leave, policies, timekeeping, and HR systems. Help create a great workplace through recognition, engagement, retention, and culture initiatives. Support employee communications, town halls, HR projects, and day-to-day HR operations. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in HR or related field preferred. 2+ years of office or administrative experience preferred, ideally in HR.
