What you get to do as a Part-Time Tram Spieler: Working on the Guest Arrival Team, you’ll help deliver great guest experiences from the get-go. You’ll assist with transporting guests to and from parking lots and tram stops. Get ready to help us make a great first impression when guests arrive! You will: Follow proper procedures while loading and unloading trams and delivering spiels Follow proper procedures while controlling crowds at loading and unloading Direct traffic on roadways to park and exit Busch Gardens property Assist guests with vehicular problems and give directions upon request Follow safety procedures Assist in upholding company standards of maintaining company equipment Operate with guest service in mind at all times Assist with traffic control and parking as necessary What it takes to succeed: At least 16 years old Ability to communicate effectively, including speaking on a microphone Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
