This role will coordinate with Project Control Officers, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Program Managers and other key internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, subcontractors, etc. Description Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, detailing scope, accurate logic, key milestones, critical paths within all deadlines for all phases of projects you work on Manage multiple timeline and project priorities Coordinate and plan resource requirements, including long lead time items to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Work closely with Project/Program Managers to ensure that all team members are aligned with the program and that tasks are planned, assigned and completed on time. Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in project scheduling and planning Strong proficiency in scheduling software, such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, etc Ability to obtain/maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance – must be an AU Citizen!
