The Product Master Data Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, governance, and maintenance of product master data across the region. This role plays a critical part in cross-functional projects involving new product launches, SKU creation, product lifecycle management, and ongoing master data governance. The position partners closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure that all product-related information is accurately created, maintained, and updated throughout the product lifecycle. Additionally, the role supports business performance tracking through data analysis, KPI management, reporting, and process automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Product Master Data Management Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of product master data across the region. Create, maintain, and update product information within relevant systems. Manage SKU creation, modifications, product extensions, and product discontinuations. Monitor and correct data inconsistencies, stock-related discrepancies, and master data issues. Maintain governance standards and data quality controls for product information. Project Management & Product Launch Support Support regional and cross-functional projects involving new product introductions and portfolio changes. Coordinate master data requirements throughout each project stage. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure all required product information is available and validated. Ensure products are fully set up with the necessary costing, supply, logistics, and commercial information before launch. Track project milestones and ensure master data deliverables are completed on time. Reporting & Business Performance Develop and maintain KPIs related to master data quality, product portfolio management, and supply performance. Support the consolidation and analysis of key business metrics, including forecasts, sales performance, inventory, and product portfolio indicators. Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased operational efficiency. Data Governance & Continuous Improvement Promote data governance best practices across the organization. Drive initiatives focused on data quality, standardization, automation, and process optimization. Support the development of automated reporting and data management solutions. Partner with stakeholders to improve data-related processes and controls. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields. Experience Experience in Master Data Management, Supply Chain, Product Management, Data Governance, or related areas. Experience supporting cross-functional projects and product launch initiatives. Exposure to supply chain processes, product lifecycle management, or business operations. Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools. Technical Skills Advanced Excel. Power BI (dashboard development and reporting). Data analysis and reporting. Process automation and continuous improvement. Knowledge of Master Data Governance principles. ERP systems experience (SAP preferred). Competencies Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Project management and coordination capabilities. Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
