Notre site de Cestas est la plus grande usine française de biscuits Mondelez, fonctionnant en régime de production maximal (3x8, 6 à 7 jours/semaine). Notre usine est en pleine mutation : un programme de revamping ambitieux redessine l’infrastructure du site. C’est un terrain exigeant et stimulant pour qui veut avoir un impact réel sur les standards d’hygiène d’un site industriel majeur. Vous rejoindrez une équipe où votre expertise technique comptera autant que votre capacité à fédérer, innover et faire bouger les lignes. Vos missions : 1. Piloter la performance nettoyage - Gérer la relation avec le prestataire de nettoyage (~40 personnes) : planification, qualité d’exécution, KPIs (résultats micro, conformité pré-opérationnelle, respect des plannings). - Conduire les réceptions hygiène hebdomadaires et qualifier les résultats selon les 4 niveaux Mondelēz. - Développer et optimiser les SSOPs pour les équipements complexes ou à haut risque. - Identifier et déployer de nouvelles technologies de nettoyage adaptées aux contraintes du site. 2. Piloter le programme de lutte contre les nuisibles (IPM) - Superviser le prestataire IPM et garantir le déploiement du plan de gestion des nuisibles. - Analyser les données terrain pour identifier les causes structurelles et mettre en place des actions correctives durables. - Adapter les plans en fonction des tendances observées, de la réglementation et de l’évolution du site. 3. Être le moteur de l’amélioration continue en sanitation - Mener les investigations de cause racine (micro, allergènes, problèmes récurrents) et structurer les plans d’action. - Piloter les programmes de validation du nettoyage : protocoles, vérification, revalidation. - Collaborer avec l’Ingénierie sur le design hygiénique et les projets d’investissement. - Former les équipes et superviseurs aux bonnes pratiques de sanitation. - Travailler en lien avec les experts Sanitation Corporate et Procurement de Mondelēz.
