Work in a well-organized and systematic manner to minimize the possibility of error and maximize productivity, ensuring production targets are met (Safety/Quality/Cost/Delivery/Sustainability/Morale). Participates in startups, shutdowns and changeovers to ensure they take place efficiently and effectively. Prepares solutions/premixes for manufacturing process. Ensure product has been produced according to formula instructions. Responsible for inventory management of ingredients for the work centre. Maintains and monitors manual and automatic controls, fill rates, additives, controls. Operates equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Formula and Process Instructions and Working Instructions. Records pertinent information on all documentation and/or in the Quality Suites system, in accordance with good documentation practices. Complete 2nd Verification checks (where applicable). Engage in IL6S activities including Daily Management Systems, pillar membership, work process ownership and AM activities. Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned. Education / Certifications: Bachelor of Applied Science/Engineering degree (preferably Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Work schedule: Day Shift (Flexible) Salary and Benefits: The expected base salary range for this position is $69 800 to $87 250 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 8% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
