€78.2K–130.3K/YR
Job Title Value Regeneration BPE Job Description In this role you will serve as the Business Process Expert (BPE) responsible for defining, governing, and continuously improving the enterprise-wide end‑to‑end Value Regeneration process and standards across systems and parts. You set the enterprise‑wide standards and enable businesses and regions with clear playbooks, harmonized processes, and the right tooling to unlock maximum residual value from the installed base. Your mission is to orchestrate value‑maximizing flows—from IB outflow through reuse, parts harvest, refurbishment, or other circular pathways, fully aligned with the enterprise PLCM framework, Philips’ ARIS process landscape and PS&Q. As a circular capability within the D&T Circular Center of Excellence (CoE), you act as an internal consultant and integrator, helping businesses adopt, scale, and operationalize future circular footprint initiatives. Your role: Drive and maintain end‑to‑end Value Regeneration Standards, including data, decision logic, workflows, and alignment across businesses. Ensure full integration of value‑regeneration standards into the enterprise PLCM framework and ARIS process landscape. Develop and update enterprise-wide playbooks for value regeneration across systems and parts. Enable BUs and Regions with structured processes, templates, standards, and tooling that guide value maximizing decisions. Capture and share cross business best practices to drive consistency and predictable outcomes globally. Orchestrate the value maximizing flow of assets based on IB outflow, ensuring each asset is routed to its optimal next life destination Act as a circular capability consultant to businesses exploring or scaling new circular footprint initiatives. Evaluate circular value opportunities and help operationalize new models (e.g., re-use, re-market, regional regeneration). Drive continuous improvement across all value regeneration processes and standards. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: 10+ years of experience in lifecycle management, circularity, process design, or operational excellence. Strong expertise in creating process standards, playbooks, and enterprise frameworks. Experience with PLCM, ARIS, or similar governance frameworks. Ability to influence across matrix organizations and harmonize cross‑BU practices. Demonstrated ability to guide stakeholders and consult on new circular initiatives. Strong analytical and conceptual skills to design value‑maximizing flows and frameworks. Systems thinker with a strong process and lifecycle orientation. Collaborative, proactive and able to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. Passionate about circularity and value regeneration across systems and parts. Structured, reliable, and committed to embedding processes until they become “the way we work.” Curious, improvement‑driven, and future‑focused. Compensation & benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is EUR 78,187.00 - EUR 130,312.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 3% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results.
