Job Summary
- Safely move trucks, trailers, and other vehicles between designated yard, production, installation, and loading areas.
- Coordinate vehicle movement to support production schedules and installation timelines.
- Conduct pre- and post-movement inspections and promptly report any vehicle damage or maintenance concerns.
- Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and traffic regulations while operating vehicles.
- Position vehicles accurately for installation, inspection, shipping, and customer pickup.
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining yard inventory and vehicle locations.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the installation of vehicle graphics, wraps, decals, lettering, and fleet branding materials.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for graphic installation through cleaning, masking, and material staging.
- Support installers with measuring, positioning, applying, and finishing graphic materials.
- Assist with graphic removal, repairs, and reinstallation projects as needed.
- Operate hand tools and installation equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure installations meet customer specifications.
- Keep installation areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
General Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with production, installation, and shipping teams.
- Follow all company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support shop operations and customer deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
- Previous experience driving commercial vehicles, trucks, or trailers preferred.
- Prior experience with vehicle graphics, signage, wraps, or installation work preferred but not required.
- Ability to learn graphic installation techniques and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to climb ladders and access various areas of vehicles safely.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to handle graphic materials and installation tools.
