We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Manager, Aviation & Aerospace - Europe to drive growth, innovation, and industry-focused solutions across the region. Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing Europe, this role works closely with global, regional, and local teams to strengthen Expeditors’ position as a leading logistics partner within the Aviation & Aerospace sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement industry-specific solutions and programs.
- Support business development activities and strategic customer opportunities.
- Deliver training and guidance to sales, operations, and account management teams.
- Monitor industry trends and promote best practices across the region.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to grow revenue and expand customer relationships.

- Strong logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding experience.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
- Commercial mindset with experience supporting customer growth and business development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

- Experience in working with developing or executing unique solutions, proposals, transitions, thermal packaging and strategy with healthcare customers
*This role will can be based anywhere in Europe.
Must be eligible to work in the EU.
