We are looking for a UK Pilates Lead to join our Product Team.

The Role
- Develop and evolve our Mat and Reformer Pilates programmes, ensuring an exceptional member experience.
- Support club teams and Product Managers in delivering consistent, high-quality Pilates classes.
- Drive participation, occupancy and member engagement through data, app ratings and feedback.
- Lead Pilates events, workshops, product launches and digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the Global Pilates team to introduce innovative ideas and improve our offering.
- Lead instructor recruitment, onboarding, training and development, building a talented and engaged Pilates community.
- Conduct regular club visits, completing at least five audits and instructor assessments each month.
- Build relationships with industry leaders and stay ahead of trends to strengthen Virgin Active’s position in Pilates.
Who We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification with a Reformer Pilates specialism, accredited by a recognised UK certification programme.
- At least five years Pilates teaching experience, particularly in group instruction.
- Proven experience developing successful Pilates programmes and maintaining high coaching standards.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience training, mentoring and developing instructors.
- A data-driven, commercially minded approach to improving participation, performance and member experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for innovation and delivering world-class experiences.
- Flexibility to work across our Support Office and clubs at least three days per week, with UK travel and occasional weekend working as required.
