Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) High School Diploma or GED 6+ years of experience Demonstrated ability to perform various functions of a highly repetitive nature while maintaining concentration on tasks Proven capability to understand and follow written procedures Ability to work independently or in groups effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements): A Bachelor's Degree Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity Other Job Details: Schedule: 2nd shift Last day to apply: October 30th The salary for this position ranges from $28.37 to $47.29 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
