This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. What You’ll Get To Do: Software Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for one or more software development Scrum teams on the GBSD or other SDS programs. Our focus is on ensuring process execution and efficiencies in the development, testing, and release of the software deliverables. Roles and responsibilities: Support individual scrum/sprint teams by attending meetings, creating Jira dashboard tools to help monitor progress and execution efficiency. Offer suggestions for improvement to the software leadership. Experience in Peer Reviews and Code Reviews Experience in software build testing, qualification, and Integration and Test Able to read and understand Software Code (C++, Java, Python) Ability to understand and work with multiple enterprise-wide systems and software problem tracking tools (e.g., SAP, DOORs, Jira, Confluence) Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology Primary Level Salary Range: $72,100.00 - $108,100.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
