Who are we?

XNRGY Climate Solutions is a leading North American provider of sustainable design and state-of-the-art manufacturing of custom air handling and liquid cooling systems. The company is experiencing hypergrowth and will grow 2-3x in each of the next several years as it becomes a billion dollar plus company. XNRGY recently completed an over subscribed B round of funding that will enable its expansion (a round lead by a Blackrock company). With decades of experience in thermal management solutions engineering and manufacturing, XNRGY is uniquely qualified to deliver innovative and energy-efficient solutions that meet the specific needs of a wide range of industries, including hyperscale and modular data centers, healthcare facilities, pharmaceutical labs, semiconductor clean rooms, EV battery manufacturers and life sciences facilities.

Position:

  • Support monthly financial close activities, including variance analysis against forecasts and prior periods. Develop and maintain cost and operational reports that provide actionable insights to improve plant performance.

  • Serve as a key financial partner to plant leadership and operations teams, providing analysis and guidance on labor costs, material usage, manufacturing overhead, distribution costs, and inventory levels.

  • Develop and maintain performance scorecards and key performance indicators to track operational and financial performance. Monitor the progress of cost-saving initiatives and identify areas for operational improvement.

  • Support CapEx planning and investment analysis, providing financial modeling and recommendations to support capacity expansion and operational improvements.

  • Ensure the integrity of physical inventory and reported results, investigate discrepancies between physical and book inventory, and monitor excess or obsolete inventory.

  • Help establish and improve financial processes at the plant level, including forecasting, costing systems, budgeting processes, and reporting tools to enhance financial visibility and operational decision-making.

  • Participate in daily production meetings and collaborate closely with operations leadership to identify cost drivers, production challenges, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
