THE JOB: As the Executive Pastry Sous Chef at Mandalay Bay, you will be partnering with the Restaurant Executive Chef, to drive culinary excellence by blending master-level technical craft, inspiring team leadership, and sharp administrative skills. You will mentor and direct the kitchen brigade, oversee recipe integrity, inventory, and labor scheduling. Show casing your technical cooking abilities and creativity, you'll be curating special menus and amenities; delivering an exceptional guest experience aligned with MGM Resorts standards.
