Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of AR Team management experience
- Must have direct experience using SAP ERP/Business One
- Good communication skills
- Open to any industries
Responsibilities:
- AR Operations: Manage billing, cash applications, account reconciliations, and journal entries (JVs) in the client system.
- Month-End Closing: Handle reviews, approvals, and exception management.
- Team & People Management: Hire, retain, motivate, and grow talent; assign tasks and track performance.
- Reporting & SLAs: Review and finalize SLAs, monitor KPIs, and prepare business or process review decks.
