Your Role: Marketing & Social Media Intern As the Marketing & Social Media Intern for Pet Health Marketing, you will support the China Pet Health team in executing digital marketing, social media campaigns, and community engagement initiatives. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in brand promotion across top Chinese social platforms, Social CRM management, and offline event execution. Your Responsibilities: Review and ensure quality/compliance of promotional content and collaborations on key social channels like Xiaohongshu and Douyin. Coordinate the production of foundational brand materials, digital visual assets, and marketing collaterals. Support day-to-day SCRM operations, including backend database maintenance and digital asset categorization. Manage pet owner communities and assist in organizing online/offline interactive engagement campaigns. Provide on-site support for brand activations, industry exhibitions, and promotional events. What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): Education: Currently enrolled undergraduate or master's student in Marketing, Communications, Business, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields. Experience: Able to work 3–4 days per week (minimum 1 day on-site) with flexibility for remote collaboration. Active user of mainstream Chinese social media (Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat) with native fluency in Chinese and good working English proficiency. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications): Prior internship experience in digital marketing, social media operations, FMCG, or the pet industry. Long-term availability (e.g., sophomore/second-year students) with high commitment. Basic skills in copywriting and graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Figma) or video editing.
