Sobre a função: A Alumar está com oportunidade para Operadora(or) de Cuba Pleno A em sua unidade de São Luís/MA, na área de Redução. Nesta função, a pessoa profissional será responsável por operar equipamentos e executar atividades do processo produtivo, realizando inspeções, manutenções básicas e controle das características dos materiais, sempre em conformidade com os padrões de qualidade, segurança, saúde ocupacional e meio ambiente. As principais responsabilidades da função incluem: Realizar inspeções visuais, organização e limpeza das cubas, identificando condições operacionais e necessidades de intervenção. Efetuar leituras de milivoltagem dos ânodos, rastelamento das cubas e atuação em desvios de parâmetros operacionais. Executar atividades de escumagem, adição de sacaria e resposta a anomalias no processo de redução. Realizar medições de banho, metal e temperatura, contribuindo para o controle e estabilidade do processo. Operar cubas novas e monitorar os níveis de alumina em superestruturas e day tanks, garantindo o abastecimento adequado. Coletar amostras de alumina e executar manutenções básicas no sistema de alimentação das cubas, incluindo alimentadores, válvulas e silenciadores.
