Sobre a função A Alcoa está em busca de um(a) Eletricista para atuar no Eletrodos da Redução, na Alumar, em São Luís – MA. Você será responsável por planejar serviços de manutenção e instalação eletroeletrônica e realizar manutenções preventiva e corretiva. Instalar sistemas e componentes eletroeletrônicos e realizar medições e testes. Além disso, irá realizar a instalação e manutenção preventiva e corretiva de equipamentos, máquinas e circuitos elétricos, bem como elaborar documentação técnica, atuando em conformidade com normas, procedimentos e padrões de Qualidade, Segurança, Higiene, Saúde e Meio Ambiente. Outras responsabilidades importantes incluem: Executar manutenções preventivas e corretivas em equipamentos elétricos de potência, como motores, transformadores, disjuntores, seccionadoras, capacitores, retificadores e bancos de resistências; Realizar inspeção, diagnóstico e manutenção de pontes rolantes, máquinas eletro hidráulicas, circuitos e equipamentos elétricos, utilizando desenhos, catálogos e instrumentos adequados; Executar manutenção em sistemas elétricos de potência, inversores de frequência, PLCs, sistemas de compressores, painéis elétricos e equipamentos específicos da área de Redução; Executar manutenção em transmissores de pressão, temperatura, vazão e termopares; Realizar limpeza, conservação e melhoria de motores, transformadores, painéis, disjuntores, pontes rolantes e demais equipamentos; Executar montagens elétricas, incluindo eletrodutos, lançamento de cabos, eletrocalhas e terminações, além de manutenção básica em gavetas elétricas de baixa tensão; Realizar leitura e interpretação de desenhos elétricos, utilizar ferramentas manuais, hidráulicas e pneumáticas e registrar informações no sistema de gerenciamento da manutenção. O que você pode oferecer para a função: Formação: Técnica em Eletrotécnica, Eletromecânica, Eletroeletrônica e/ou áreas afins com CFT Ativo (Conselho Federal dos Técnicos Industriais); Desejável: Conhecimentos desejáveis em transmissores de pressão, temperatura e vazão, PLC Rockwell, inversores de frequência, comandos elétricos e manutenção de pontes rolantes; Desejável: Pacote Office Básico; Desejável: CNH B; Requisito: Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime administrativo e/ou turno 6x3.
