About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, highly driven Head of Talent Delivery to lead our Talent Delivery function at ReWorks Solutions.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing recruitment environment and knows how to balance people leadership, operational excellence and results.
We need a confident, assertive leader with high emotional intelligence, strong commercial awareness and the ability to make decisions, challenge where necessary and drive accountability across the team.
This is not a purely strategic or people-management role. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day operation, ensuring recruitment delivery remains on track, client expectations are managed and the team is supported to perform at its best.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead, mentor, coach and develop a team of Talent Delivery Partners.
- Drive individual and team performance against agreed recruitment KPIs and delivery targets.
- Establish clear expectations, accountability and a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions and development discussions.
- Support and advocate for the team while confidently addressing underperformance.
- Lead by example, remaining actively involved in recruitment delivery when required.
Operational Leadership & Delivery
- Maintain daily visibility of all active recruitment roles, submissions, interviews, placements and outstanding actions.
- Lead daily team discussions to establish priorities, identify bottlenecks and resolve delivery challenges.
- Allocate resources effectively and adjust priorities as business and client requirements change.
- Ensure recruitment timelines, candidate quality and delivery standards are consistently achieved.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines, identify risks early and implement practical solutions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reporting, systems and workflow visibility.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and overall delivery performance.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Confidently manage client expectations, challenging unrealistic requirements or timelines where necessary.
- Engage directly with clients to clarify recruitment requirements, resolve delivery concerns and improve outcomes.
- Work closely with Sourcing, Account Management, Sales and other operational teams.
- Navigate difficult conversations professionally and assertively.
- Ensure clear, proactive communication throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Quality & Delivery
- Oversee candidate quality, shortlisting, client submissions and interview coordination.
- Ensure candidates are appropriately screened, assessed and prepared before client submission.
- Drive timely client feedback and maintain momentum through the recruitment process.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics, including submission quality, interview conversion, closing rates and time to hire.
- Ensure recruitment processes and internal quality standards are consistently followed.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Technical Capability
- Proven experience in a senior recruitment leadership or Talent Delivery management role.
- Strong experience managing and developing recruitment delivery teams.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and high-volume delivery environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client requirements and competing priorities.
- Strong client-facing experience, including managing challenging relationships and expectations.
- Experience working with recruitment KPIs, performance reporting and operational dashboards.
- Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems, recruitment workflows and process improvement.
- Experience in a recruitment outsourcing, RPO or BPO environment would be highly advantageous.
