Experience working with electrical systems and/or hydraulics would be highly advantageous. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues. An NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline is desirable, although not essential. Confident using IT equipment and digital systems, as technology is used extensively for record-keeping, diagnostics, and parts ordering. Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider engineering team.
