JUNIOR DOCUMENTATION DRAFTING & MATCHING ANALYST
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Junior Documentation Drafting & Matching Analyst to support post-trade operations within the financial markets environment. This role is focused on ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely processing of trade documentation across a wide range of financial products, including Swaps, Forwards, Options, and Hybrid Strategies. You will play a key role in risk control, regulatory compliance, client communication, and process improvement initiatives, working closely with multiple stakeholders across international teams.
What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for financial products including Swaps, Forwards, Options, and Hybrid Strategies.
Review trade bookings, confirmations, and term sheets to ensure consistency and accuracy before client distribution.
Monitor workflows and ensure timely dispatch of confirmations in accordance with regulatory deadlines.
Manage post-trade events notifications, including exercises, restructurings, and partial or total terminations.
Investigate and resolve documentation discrepancies, affirmation requests, and client queries.
Act as an internal point of contact for documentation and template-related escalations.
Maintain effective relationships with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams across multiple international locations.
Support process improvement initiatives focused on automation, risk management, controls, and Straight-Through Processing (STP).

Your Main Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong interest in Banking and Financial Operations.
Knowledge of financial products such as Swaps, Forwards, Options, or related derivatives is valued.
Ability to analyse documentation and ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance.
Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
