You will advise our customers on our organic certified baked products, make delicious speciality coffee and contribute significantly to ensuring that all customer service processes run smoothly.
YOUR MISSION
- Providing expert advice and the selling of our products
- Preparation of speciality coffee
- Operating our cash register system
- Ensuring an appealing presentation of our products
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
YOUR PROFILE
- Some experience in customer service or as waiting staff
- Ideally experience in using a professional espresso machine
- Passion and love for the baking handwork
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good communication skills in German and ideally English
- A thorough and independent way of working
- Awareness of order and cleanliness
- A good team player and enjoy working in a team
