What you will do
- Develop and own our SEO, GEO, and content strategy to drive organic growth across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through keyword, search intent, competitor, and performance analyses.
- Lead and actively contribute to SEO/GEO initiatives, content creation, and landing page optimization to increase qualified traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Tech, and UX to implement scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Provide functional leadership to internal specialists and external agencies, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable business impact.
- Monitor and analyze organic traffic performance, emerging AI search trends, and ROI to continuously optimize our strategy.
- Build and maintain a state-of-the-art data infrastructure for organic traffic, in collaboration with our data team, and provide stakeholders with dashboards and insights.
What we expect from you
- Several years of hands-on experience in SEO, organic growth, and content strategy within a digital environment.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, search intent, and conversion-focused landing pages.
- Solid understanding of GEO, AI-powered search, and the evolving role of large language models (LLMs).
- Proven ability to develop strategies and translate them into measurable results through hands-on execution.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with a focus on traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Strong skills in data analysis and visualisation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud, Google Data Studio and Tableau.
- Experience in managing agencies and providing functional leadership to internal specialists.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented personality with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, including experience with tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. German, French or Italian are a strong plus.
