From verifying incoming invoices and requesting corrected documents to entering incoming documents into our document management system (we use Jobrouter), you’ll handle day-to-day accounting tasks.
You’ll review and process invoices and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable master data, including communicating with these parties.
You’ll keep track of our bank accounts, monitor financial balances, and be responsible for internal intercompany billing as well as reconciling cash flows between the Huber Parking companies.
Processing and posting credit card statements, office cash funds, and travel expense reports will be part of your routine.
You will record and initiate outgoing payments, prepare outgoing invoices, and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable lists as well as clearing accounts.
In addition, you will reliably assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

You have completed a tax or business administration program, or you’re a career changer* with at least three years of professional experience in accounting.
Ideally, you’ve worked in international accounting before.
Ideally, you’re already familiar with our accounting software, DATEV Kanzlei Rechnungswesen and DATEV Zahlungsverkehr, or can quickly learn how to use it. Of course, you’re comfortable working with MS Office.
A strong aptitude for numbers, excellent mathematical and analytical skills, and a quick grasp of accounting topics are your strengths.
Since you have very good German skills and good/basic English skills, you’ll find it easy to communicate with your team members, colleagues, tax advisors, and vendors.
You not only manage day-to-day tasks independently but also take a forward-looking and strategic approach to the future.
