OVERVIEW The Business Analyst- Logistics is responsible for driving Operations with excellence. The candidate needs to align the priorities of Business stakeholders to Floor teams. RESPONSIBILITIES undefined Manage transportation and warehousing activities with emphasis on route optimization and service performance. Own inbound prioritization and carrier coordination for the largest Business Unit. Coordinate with carriers to ensure execution, capacity alignment, and issue resolution. Own extra cost approvals across all transportation lanes in line with defined guidelines. Perform cost–benefit analysis to support transportation, routing, and carrier decisions. Support spot carrier selection activities to enable cost optimization. Assist in calculation, monitoring, and alignment of transportation KPIs. Analyze operational performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Take ownership of all OTM-related operational issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution. Support OTM enhancements by assisting with requirements clarification and functional alignment. Participate in testing activities and provide support during hypercare phases. Perform data analysis using advanced Excel to support operational and decision-making needs. Participate in VSM (Value Stream Management) developmental projects and provide data as required. KEY INTERFACES Supply Chain Stakeholders across markets, Transporters, Shippers, Direct Order Customers Business Processes: Logistics Processes, Invoicing, Warehouse management processes, Customs operations, Carrier/ Shipper management, Documentation and compliances Within KHC, this role will work very closely with Operations functions across global zones, GBS, Global Logistics, Availability Planning and IT REQUIREMENTS 6-8 years’ Experience in Logistics Operations especially in Control tower Operations with awareness of Documentation and International logistics and shipping Operations Working Knowledge in OTM and SAP interfaces will be a added advantage Hands on work attitude and customer centric. Bias towards Action Excellent Interpersonal skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills.
