Behavior Analyst (BCBA or Licensed Clinician) / No Billables, M–F Schedule.

FULL TIME

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Analyst, you'll play an active role in developing and supporting individualized behavioral services that promote independence, safety, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs), observations, and clinical evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
  • Review behavioral data, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Train and coach direct support professionals on behavior plans, positive behavior supports, data collection, and crisis intervention strategies.
  • Provide direct clinical support when individuals experience increased behavioral challenges.
  • Partner with Program Directors and interdisciplinary teams to address behavioral concerns and support consistent implementation.
  • Complete required clinical documentation, progress reports, and pre-admission assessments.
  • Collaborate with Program Directors, families, Regional Centers, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Prepare behavioral documentation, progress reports, and semiannual data summaries.
  • Promote person-centered, positive behavioral supports that strengthen independence and quality of life.
  • Ensure behavioral services align with best practices, individual rights, professional standards, and applicable regulations.

What to Expect In This Role

  • This is not a remote position and requires regular on-site presence in day programs
  • You will be working directly with staff and individuals in a hands-on environment
  • The role is focused on clinical support and collaboration, not supervision or staff management

If you are looking for a stable weekday schedule, meaningful clinical work with adults, building relationships with staff, seeing real progress over time, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive organization, this role offers that balance.

Candidates must have a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field and meet one of the following credentialing pathways:

Option 1: BCBA Track

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB

Option 2: Licensing Track

  • Current Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or other qualifying California licensure (must be independent license)
  • Completion of at least 12 units of ABA coursework required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services

General Requirements (all candidates):

  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with individuals, staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and required automobile insurance.
  • Ability to work on-site across both Sonoma and Solano Counties.

Experience with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, community-based programs, and staff training is valued.

Make a Difference Beyond the Clinic

If you enjoy being directly involved in behavioral services, working alongside staff, and developing strategies that make a difference in everyday life, this opportunity offers a different approach to traditional ABA work.

Bring your experience, your clinical judgment, and your commitment to person-centered care. We'd love to hear from you

We believe in supporting not only those we serve but also each other, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment for all.
