When you join Vivicta as a Junior Telecom Network Automation Engineer: You will have the opportunity to grow into a consulting role. Who We Are Looking For : We expect you to have fundamental telecommunications expertise – however, the most important qualities are your drive, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in technology. We are looking for someone who has: Relevant higher education Proven experience (2-5 years) in telecommunications and knowledge of mobile core services/networks. Experience from troubleshooting and resolution of complex incidents across multiple stakeholders is an advantage Knowledge of or experience with agile ways of working (e.g., SAFe). Hands-on experience of technologies related to automation and cloud such as Kubernetes and related cloud technologies, GitHub/GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, and scripting/programming (e.g., Python). Basic knowledge of computer networking, telecom services and protocols or system administration is considered an advantage. Strong communication, collaboration and analysing skills and good proficiency in both Lithuanian and English. Lithuanian citizenship (required for security clearance).
