Responsibilities
Collaborate in the analysis and interpretation of the information of the services that NielsenIQ provides to the Client.
Take the administrative control of the accounts of our Clients.
Track Client Service Requests.
Advise clients on market research issues to facilitate decision making
Prepare insights to sell in order to increase company revenue and meet with the established objectives
Execute activities related to special projects to facilitate the development of new products and processes that meet the needs of the company and customers
Strong skills of commitment as well as a positive attitude towards assuming challenges
Team work skills is a must
About you
Using your analytical and effective communication skills you can provide services and solutions to our client needs. If you enjoy being in constant contact with clients and detecting their needs this is the perfect place for you. Are you willing to innovate? - Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in market research companies, retail, or FMCG manufacturers. Professional internships are also considered.
- Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
- High frustration tolerance, strong analytical and numerical skills, effective communication, creativity, organization, prioritization, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Python knowledge (nice to have).
- Experience working with large databases and generating insights.
- Experience in direct client interaction.
