      • Current license to practice law in the United States, in good standing.

      • At least 5 years of legal practice experience within an established law firm, corporation, or government agency. Non-profit sector experience is preferred.

      • Experience with international labor and employment law, cross-border employment issues, global workforce management, or foreign employment regulations is an advantage.

      • Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver accurate, timely, and accessible legal advice tailored to organizational needs.

      • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify underlying issues in complex situations and develop practical, proactive solutions.

      • Sound judgment, integrity, adaptability, and the ability to build credibility and positive working relationships.

      • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and collaboratively, and engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

      • Discretion and proven ability to handle confidential information securely and appropriately.
