A Day in Your Life at MKS: The Finance Controller is responsible for managing all finance and accounting activities for Japan while actively participating in day-to-day accounting operations. This role requires a hands-on finance professional who can balance strategic business support with detailed accounting execution, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with local statutory requirements. You Will Make an Impact By: • Financial Reporting & Accounting • Statutory Compliance & Audit • Shared Service & Process Management • Business Partnering • Team Leadership & People Management • Ad-hoc related with finance Skills You Bring: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. • Experience : 8-15 years of finance and accounting experience. • Experience in a Finance Manager, Controller, or Senior Accounting role. • Strong knowledge of Japan accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements. • Experience in multinational companies and matrix organizations. • Manufacturing and industrial sector experience preferred. Preferred Skills: (Optional) • CPA, US CPA, equivalent qualification preferred. • Experience working with Shared Service Centers is highly preferred.
