The DIIVO Team is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Specialist II to join our fast-paced operations team. This position plays an important role in the receipt, imaging, and retention of internal and external customer correspondence, along with supporting a variety of production activities. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple workstreams and systems while maintaining a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and productivity. This position requires an individual who is production and quality focused and who can work in a high volume, fast-paced production environment. Position requires repetitive administrative functions related to the document retrieval process to meet deadlines and goals. The individual must be reliable, motivated, able to train across multiple workstreams, and a team player with exceptional work habits.
