Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end training for aligned Accounts Payable processes with domain expertise in:
- Invoice Processing
- Payment Processing
- Vendor Management
- New Hire Training
- BAU Interventions
- Manage multiple stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed training MI and documentation.
- Design, develop, and deliver training on F&A product and process training on a need basis.
- Adhere to signed-off Training Standard Documents, Governance Plans, and other prescribed regulations.
Knowledge & Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce.
- Proficient in the Finance and Accounting domain.
- Exposure to the BPO/BPM industry in the areas of:
- PTP
- OTC
- RTR Domain
Preferred Certification
- Finance and Accounting Certification.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in F&A with good domain knowledge.
