Qualifications:

0-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprints
Basic math skills
Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
Strong attention to quality, safety, and production standards
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn new machinery and manufacturing processes

Responsibilities and Scope:

Safely operate at least one production machine or manufacturing cell independently
Perform production support activities including material cutting, facing, straightening, drilling, polishing, bore blasting, and inventory handling
Track machine time and production activity using the kiosk clocking system
Obtain required quality inspections and sign-offs throughout the manufacturing process
Monitor production processes and immediately report quality, material, or equipment concerns
Ensure assigned jobs are completed within established production standards and timelines
Coordinate with supervisors, inspectors, and coworkers to maintain efficient workflow between departments
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
