Au sein d’une équipe dynamique, vous assurez le support informatique de points de vente répartis dans toute la Suisse. Vous intervenez de manière autonome sur le terrain afin de garantir la disponibilité des équipements IT et la qualité du service offert aux utilisateurs. Assurer le support informatique de proximité auprès des utilisateurs Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels Installer, configurer et remplacer les équipements informatiques Assurer le suivi des demandes et la communication avec les utilisateurs Garantir une expérience utilisateur de qualité grâce à votre sens du service et votre approche orientée solutions Intervenir de manière autonome dans différents points de vente à travers la Suisse Poste varié combinant support utilisateur et interventions techniques sur le terrain avec des déplacements réguliers dans toute la Suisse Une grande autonomie dans l’organisation de vos interventions dans un environnement dynamique au contact direct des utilisateurs Votre profil CFC d’informaticien ou formation jugée équivalente Expérience dans le support informatique de proximité appréciée Capacité à analyser les problèmes et à trouver des solutions pragmatiques Excellent relationnel et orientation client Esprit d’initiative, autonomie et sens des responsabilités Français courant et bonnes connaissances de l’anglais L’allemand constitue un réel atout Permis de conduire obligatoire (Possibilité de bénéficier d’un véhicule de fonction) Nous t’offrons la possibilité de travailler dans l’un de nos bureaux en Suisse ou à ton domicile.
