Equinix está buscando incorporar a un/a Técnico/a de Mantenimiento de Data Center, para realizar el mantenimiento integral de sus instalaciones de Madrid (Alcobendas). Qué harás Ser responsable del mantenimiento de la infraestructura de las instalaciones (tanto eléctrica como mecánica) y preparar y realizar el mantenimiento planificado. Realizar inspecciones de las instalaciones y supervisar las alarmas del edificio y del IBX (centro de datos). Garantizar la ejecución del mantenimiento preventivo de la infraestructura del emplazamiento (por ejemplo, mantenimiento de infraestructuras primarias), o que lo lleven a cabo proveedores bajo su supervisión. Desarrollar la capacidad de realizar reparaciones y mantenimiento correctivo de los equipos. Completar los registros del emplazamiento y recopilar datos para los permisos, como los MOP y los guiones, que es una parte clave de este puesto. Ayudar al personal superior a responder a todos las incidencias in situ y actuar según el protocolo Se le puede pedir que empiece a responder a incidentes básicos en función de sus conocimientos y experiencia. Completar solicitudes de trabajo básicas e instalaciones de circuitos Contribuir a los proyectos de infraestructura en curso y llevar a cabo pequeños proyectos de obras, por ejemplo, actualizaciones de iluminación, etc.. Resolver las incidencias de los clientes a través del sistema de tickets de Equinix según el SLA. Informar de cualquier problema de salud y seguridad al superior inmediato. Realizar turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo Lo que esperamos de ti Titulación en Ingeniería Eléctrica / Mecánica (FP o Universitaria) Experiencia previa en centros de datos / entornos críticos Amplio conocimiento de infraestructuras críticas como UPS, generadores, BMS, enfriadores, sistemas de seguridad de vida. Automotivación y flexibilidad Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos (días, noches y fines de semana) Capacidad para comunicarse claramente con el cliente Experiencia en conmutación de alta tensión (preferible) Conocimientos básicos de Maximo, Power BI, MS-Office (Word/Excel) o herramientas similares.
