QA Engineering & Quality Governance Sr Lead - Openbank México Country: Mexico Responsable del diseño de las estrategias y metodologías de ejecución de Testing. Responsable de dimensionamiento, incorporación y gestión de los equipos necesarios internos y externos para la ejecución del testing. Responsable del proceso de ejecución y termino de pruebas de acuerdo con los proyectos asignados. Entrega de Planning, presupuesto y recursos para el cumplimiento de los tiempos, y calidad establecidos en la ejecución de los proyectos de testing. Reportar estado de avance de las pruebas ejecutadas, reporte de riesgos dentro del proyecto, seguimiento y control a incidencias reportadas dentro de las herramientas utilizadas en el banco. Dirigir y coordinar equipos de trabajo para la asignación de actividades y responsabilidades que se requerirán para el proyecto asignado, así como la preparación de insumos y materiales que se requerirán dentro de las etapas de pruebas: Modulares, Integrales, UAT, Regresión, automatizadas, carga y rendimiento, seguridad, Hackeo ético.
