Join our team in France for a two-year apprenticeship and gain hands-on experience supporting our HR leadership team with a variety of HR activities and administrative tasks. A Day in the Life As an HR Generalist Apprentice, your responsibilities may include: Supporting the HR leader with day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks. Assisting with the coordination and execution of HR processes and initiatives. Supporting employee lifecycle activities and helping ensure a positive employee experience. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support business and HR needs. Assisting with HR projects, documentation, reporting, and process coordination. Helping maintain accurate HR records and ensuring administrative processes are completed efficiently. Contributing to the implementation of HR initiatives and continuous process improvements. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs and development opportunities. What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience across different areas of Human Resources.
