We are currently looking for caring and compassionate individual to support our clients across the following areas and surrounding locations:
- Milton Keynes
- Luton
- Bedford
As a Complex Care Assistant your role will involve travelling to support our clients by covering gaps in rotas. This ensures continuity of care, helping to build familiarity and trust while delivering person-centred support. All training would be provided by our in-house amazing nurse team to ensure you have the right clinical skills!
You will play a vital role in maintaining consistency for our clients, supporting them in their own homes and within the community.
What the role involves:
- Travelling between client locations to provide support where needed
- Delivering compassionate, person-centred care
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Building positive relationships with clients through consistent support
Working pattern:
- 4 shifts per week
- A mix of day shifts, night shifts, and weekend work
- Alternate weekends (one weekend on, one weekend off), supporting a healthy work-life balance

- Tracheostomy Management
- PEG Feeding
- Medication Administration
- Moving & Handling Equipment

- A Full Valid UK Driving Licence
