The broader loyalty team currently works across multiple areas including loyalty for other brands such as Expedia & Vrbo, 3P partnerships, AI/ML-driven personalization, promotions & incentives etc. The team partners closely with brand GMs, marketing, engineering, design, finance, legal and other product stakeholders to improve the loyalty experience, drive clearer value for travelers, and increase outcomes such as active members, first transactions, repeat bookings, and direct return behavior for Expedia Group. What you’ll do Define and champion the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hotels.com loyalty. Identify and prioritize opportunities that increase member engagement, repeat booking, retention, and direct customer relationships. Create simple, compelling experiences that help members understand, build, and use travel value over time. Use customer insight, experimentation, behavioral data, and market trends to shape strategy and measure impact. Lead complex, multi-quarter initiatives spanning discovery, booking, post-booking, and future-trip planning. Align senior stakeholders around priorities, investment decisions, success measures, and tradeoffs. Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure cohesive execution across product areas and disciplines. Balance customer value, commercial outcomes, technical feasibility, operational readiness, and long-term platform health. Establish scalable product practices, operating mechanisms, and decision frameworks for complex loyalty initiatives. Represent Hotels.com loyalty in broader Expedia Group strategy discussions and identify opportunities for ecosystem alignment. Raise the quality of product thinking through coaching, mentorship, and thought leadership across the product organization. Equally comfortable shaping long-term strategy and driving detailed execution when needed. A strong communicator who can connect product decisions to customer outcomes and business impact. Minimum qualifications 10+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience leading complex product portfolios and initiatives. Proven ability to define and execute product strategy across multiple teams, products, or customer journeys. Experience partnering with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Commercial, and other business stakeholders. Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
