- Stay close to culture and community — spot relevant trends early, turn them into timely content and build relationships through comments, conversations and interactive formats

- You are a hands-on creator — you can write a sharp hook, script a story, shoot and edit content, and adapt it to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- You understand car culture and internet culture — you spot relevant conversations and turn them into ideas that feel natural for the brand
- You know how to work with creators — you can identify the right partners, write effective briefs and manage collaborations from negotiation to delivery
- You combine creative judgment with analytical thinking — you understand why content works and use performance insights to decide what to scale, improve or stop
- You take ownership and move quickly — you organize production, collaborate confidently across teams and use AI to increase speed without losing quality or authenticity
