We aim to simplify our processes, secure devices and networks, and provide top-tier support for our internal and external customers. We’re seeking passionate, innovative professionals who are excited to be a part of the world’s largest IT distributor. Perform PC system imaging, Deployment, OS installation, and repair. Process Helpdesk tickets and provide end-user support. Troubleshot software and hardware failures and identify network problems related to desktop, laptop, printer, and IoT devices Collaborate with System and Network Administrators to support project deployments including software updates, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements. Manage and maintain inventory of desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and related hardware components. Required Qualifications Minimum 2-8+ years of experience in a similar role. High School Diploma or equivalent experience or A+ Certification. Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent verbal, and written communication. Excellent customer service skills. In-depth knowledge on PC and its components. Ability to dismantle, and re-assemble laptops and desktops. Knowledge of Computer Networks and connectivity TCP/IP is a plus. Knowledge of Active Directory is a plus. Proven experience working in a fast-paced, hands-on team environment handling tasks/assignments which are moderately complex in nature. Must be able to lift equipment 50 pounds.
