What you'll own Build and maintain long term relationships with key customers, engaging senior decision makers and influencers to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable partnerships Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities to drive business growth and expand our customer portfolio Promote our payment solutions and services to increase awareness, generate demand, and strengthen our position in the market Achieve revenue targets by identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase revenue per customer Understand customer needs through regular business reviews and strategic discussions, connecting customer priorities with our products and services What you'll bring Proven experience in key account management, sales, or relationship management, ideally in the payments or financial services industry Strong relationship building skills and the ability to engage and influence senior level decision makers A commercial mindset with experience identifying sales opportunities, developing account strategies, and achieving revenue targets Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, combined with a proactive and customer focused approach. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities effectively. It’s a bonus if you have Experience managing strategic or enterprise level accounts Knowledge of payment acceptance solutions and the broader payments industry Experience developing account growth strategies in an international or cross functional environment.
