The RN unit Coordinator Demonstrates proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Position Available Full time, 36 hours per week Day Shift Education RN-Bachelor’s Degree RN-Master’s Degree Certification/Licensure Virginia or Compact Multi-state RN (Registered Nurse) license in good standing. ACLS & PALS or ENPC within one (1) year of hire BLS within 90 days of hire Experience Experienced RN 18 months nursing experience required. The base pay range for full-time employment is $47.42 - $68.63 hourly.
