Purpose of role
Join Ocorian Consulting's growing Singapore team, advising leading asset managers and fund managers on complex regulatory and compliance matters. You'll work across the full regulatory lifecycle, from licensing and compliance framework design to MAS audits and regulatory change programmes. This role offers significant exposure to high-profile Fund Management Company clients, alongside opportunities to support a broader range of financial services businesses. This is an excellent opportunity to build trusted client relationships, deepen your regulatory expertise, and influence strategic outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing regulatory compliance advice, training, policy support, and licensing guidance to clients.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and industry stakeholders while identifying new business opportunities.
- Lead business development activities, including proposals, networking, thought leadership, and cross-selling services.
- Monitor regulatory developments, provide practical guidance on regulatory change, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Degree‑educated
- Compliance experience gained at an FMC, legal practice, consultancy, or the MAS
- Client relationship management experience
- Mandarin proficiency beneficial but not essential
