- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease data in the designated system.
- Prepare and post lease-related journal entries in accordance with accounting standards US GAAP/ IFRS/Local GAAP.
- Calculate ROUA & lease liability valuation for manual leases.
- Perform monthly closing activities related to leases, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Prepare and analyze lease-related reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant lease accounting standards (IFRS 16/ASC 842/Local GAAP)
- Collaborate with various departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to gather necessary lease information.
- Assist with audits and provide documentation as required.
- Prior experience of working on SAP S4/ECC or a large ERP platform (Optional)
- Expert in advanced Excel and workflow automation to streamline process
- Experience range 1-3 Years
- Graduation in Finance (CA/CMA/ACCA preferred)
