The shift is Monday through Friday, 6:00 p.m.-2:30a.m. with rotating weekends and holidays. Essential Responsibilities •Ensure the accuracy and completeness of daily registrations, including insurance eligibility and benefits verification. •Provide high-quality service to patients and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. •Serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative areas to ensure sound working relationships and cooperative arrangements. •Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to associates. •Train staff on policies, procedures, systems, and regulatory requirements. •Monitor quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and other standards. •Assists manager with staff evaluations by providing feedback on individuals the supervisor has monitored/supervised. •Ensure proper utilization of software and technology tools. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
