Key Duties and Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Assist in the administration of Accounts Receivable activities. Maintain guest ledger, city ledger and staff debtor accounts. Issue invoices, statements and supporting documentation accurately and on time. Follow up outstanding balances and support collection efforts. Prepare ageing reports and account reconciliations. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies. Support month-end closing activities related to AR. General Cashier Perform daily cash counts and cash reconciliations. Receive and verify cash collections from operating departments. Prepare bank deposits and maintain cash records. Reconcile cash collections with POS and Income Audit reports. Investigate and report cash variances promptly. Maintain compliance with cash handling policies and procedures. Support cash audits and spot checks. Accounting & Financial Controls Prepare journal entries as assigned. Support balance sheet reconciliations. Maintain financial records and supporting schedules. Support internal, external and statutory audits. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. Assist with finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Other Responsibilities Maintain strict confidentiality of information and company records. Support departmental projects and cross-functional initiatives.
